Do you have all the Agreement Templates on Platform?
We have tons of Templates covering each step of the deal. You can view, edit and use them to manage your deals. As with any templates, we suggest you review the agreements with a lawyer before using them. You can also upload and manage your own templates on the platform.
Can I use eSignatures in the Platform?
Yes. You, the Buyer and the Seller can sign each agreement through the platform. You can save, share, export and edit your signed documents. The ESIGN Act, a federal eSignature law, grants legal recognition to electronic signatures and records if all parties to a contract choose to use electronic documents and to sign them electronically. You can use our own e-signature system or connect with the Docusign API.
Do you provide guidance on dealing with Buyers and Sellers?
Yes. We have plenty of Resources and Suggestions on how to deal with each party. At each step of the procs, our platform shows you the best way to approach each deal milestone and achieve your goals. With our Checklists, Timelines and Task/Kanban Management Tools you can easily track your Deals and Commissions Goals.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
You can cancel your subscription anytime with no further obligation and no questions asked. Once the subscription is canceled, you will not be charged for the next usage period. You will continue to have access to all the platform features until your current subscription expires. If you choose to renew your paid subscription, we make it easy for you to pick up where you left off, with simple, straight-forward pricing and uninterrupted access to your deals and documents.
How secure is your Platform?
Our platform is hosted on a highly secure infrastructure that is compliant with the latest US and International certifications like PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 1/2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and others. Please contact us with any specific privacy protection and security-related questions.
Will I have access to my account records after I cancel service?
There's no lock-in: You can access and download all your documents, data and reports even if you cancel your premium subscription. Your membership will be simply shift to a free account, through which you will continue to have access to your data, as well as all the corresponding features. Of course, if you choose to cancel your membership altogether, you will need to download all your assets first.
